Tristan Pompey is the brother of Dalton Pompey is a former professional Canadian baseball player who played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Toronto Blue Jays.

Just like his brother Dalton, Tristan is also a baseball player who plays as an outfielder for the Guelph Royals of the Intercounty Baseball League. Tristan was born on March 23 1997.
He graduated from Jean Vanier Catholic Secondary School in Milton, Ontario, in 2015 and committed to play college baseball for the Kentucky Wildcats at the University of Kentucky.

Tristan Pompey was drafted by the Minnesota Twins in the 31st round in the 2015 MLB draft, but he did not sign. He enrolled at the University of Kentucky.
In 2017, his sophomore year, he was awarded All-Southeastern Conference, and in 2018, he was named a Collegiate Baseball and Perfect Game Preseason All-American. Tristan played collegiate summer baseball with the Wareham Gatemen of the Cape Cod Baseball League in 2017.
He was chosen to represent Canada on the national baseball team at the 2017 U-18 Baseball World Cup and the 2019 Pan American Games Qualifier. Pan American Games 2019 and WBSC Premier12 2019.
