Gregory Gerald Antonacci was an actor, director, producer, and writer for television. From 2010 to 2014, he played Johnny Torrio in Boardwalk Empire, and from 2006 to 2007, he played Phil Leotardo’s right-hand man Butch DeConcini in The Sopranos.
Antonacci was born in Manhattan’s Hell’s Kitchen. He worked on a variety of television shows as a director, producer, and writer, including Busting Loose, Brothers, The Tortellis, Perfect Strangers, The Royal Family, The John Larroquette Show, Herman’s Head, It’s a Living, Soap, and others. He died at the age of 70 in Massapequa, New York, on September 20, 2017
