Sula had her education at Gorseinon College, where she studied drama.
She made her acting debut in 2011 in Grace Blood, and later played a supporting role in the ITV comedy drama Love and Marriage.
In 2015, she played the lead character, Maddie Graham, in the drama Recovery Road.
Sula has appeared in many other TV series and films including Honeytrap, All the Little Things We Kill, The Lost, Big Fork, Godless, The Lovers, Eye Candy, Lucifer, Panic, Malum, and Scream, in which she played high school cheerleader Olivia “Liv” Reynolds.
