His mother Pat was an assistant to the schoolmaster of the New Canaan Country School, and his father John Grace was a Madison Avenue executive.

Topher Grace has a sister, Jenny. His mother is of Irish descent and his paternal grandmother was from a German-Jewish family.

He grew up in Darien, Connecticut.  He gained widespread recognition for his role as Eric Forman in the popular television series “That ’70s Show,” which aired from 1998 to 2006.

In addition to his television work, Topher Grace has appeared in various films. He is perhaps best known for his role as Eddie Brock/Venom in the 2007 film “Spider-Man 3,” which was part of the Sam Raimi-directed Spider-Man trilogy. Grace’s portrayal of Venom was notable in the movie.

He has also appeared in other films such as “Traffic,” “Ocean’s Eleven,” “In Good Company,” and “Predators.” Grace’s acting career has included a range of genres and roles, showcasing his versatility as an actor. Beyond acting, he has also been involved in producing and directing projects in the entertainment industry.
