Jordan Whitehead is a football safety who currently plays for the New York Jets of the National Football League (NFL).
The Pennsylvania native played football at Central Valley High School in Monaca, Pennsylvania.

Whitehead also had a successful collegiate career playing for the Pittsburgh Panthers.

During his college days, Whitehead was a Super Bowl champion (LV), had won the ACC Rookie of the Year, and ACC Defensive Rookie of the Year in 2015, and was named to the second-team All-ACC in 2016.
However, he decided to forgo his college eligibility and declared for the 2018 NFL Draft.
Fortunately, Whitehead was drafted by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as 117th overall pick in the fourth round of the 2018 NFL draft.
He had signed a four-year contract worth $3.12 million with the team, including a signing bonus of $667,257.
After spending three seasons with the Buccaneers, Whitehead signed a two-year deal worth $14.5 million with the New York Jets in 2022.
His NFL statistics as of 2022 showed a record of 381 total tackles, 2.0 sacks, 2 forced fumbles, 2 fumble recoveries, and 10 interceptions.
