Adam Wade First Wife: Who Is Adam Wade’s Ex-Wife Kay A. Wade?

Kay Wade is the wife of late musician, Adam Wade, whom he married in 1956. The couple had met in high school and had tied the knots many years later.

Their marriage produced three children –  Jamel Wade, Patrice L. Wade, and Sheldon W. Wade – but ended in a divorce in 1973.

After the divorce Adam got married to Jeree Wade in 1989 and they lived together until his demise.

Adam Wade was an American musician, and actor, well known for hosting the CBS game show Musical Chairs.

Adam was the first Black game show host in America.

Adam was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States, and grew up in the East Liberty neighborhood.

He had his high school education at Westinghouse High School; and later went to Virginia State University.

He appeared in Guys and Dolls in 1978, The Guiding Light, Search for Tomorrow, The Jeffersons, What’s Happening!! and Good Times.

Adam died on July 7, 2022, after battling Parkinson’s disease.
