Andrew Form is an American film producer and husband of actress Alexandra Daddario.

Form and Daddario got married in June 2022, his second marriage in his lifetime. Form had previously been married to Anerican-Brazilian actress Jordana Brewster, with whom he had two sons.
As a producer, Form is best known for the films A Quiet Place, A Quiet Place Part II, The Purge and The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, as well as the Amazon Prime series Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan.

Daddario is an Emmy Award nominee and has won several other awards.
In 2022 starred in the coming-of-age film Wildflower, and in 2023, she would be staring in th AMC series Mayfair Witches.
