Barnara Snavely, wife of late American actor, Emilio Delgado, is an associate attorney in the Rogers firm.

Barbara is a South Jersey native. She graduated in 1991 from Rutgers Law School-Camden where she served on the law review and later as Research Editor of the Rutgers Law Journal.

After graduation she clerked for the Honorable Marvin Schlosser in Burlington County Superior Court.
Barbara earned her undergraduate degree from The Pennsylvania State University where she wrote for Research/Penn State and the award-winning Daily Collegian.

Her legal experience includes bankruptcy, real estate, wills and estates, and municipal court.
She also served three terms on the Board of Directors of a statewide advocacy organization focused on justice in legislation and the needs of New Jersey’s vulnerable populations.
She volunteers with Habitat for Humanity of Burlington County and has provided pro bono real estate services for their property acquisition team.
Her late husband, Emilio Delgado, was an actor, voice artist, and singer. He was known for his work in many popular films and television.
Delgado passed away on 10 March 2022 in Calexico, California, U.S. at the age of 81.
In 1975, he made his film debut with the “I Will Fight No More Forever”. He also acted in many movies like Born to the Wind, Sesame Street Presents: Follow That Bird, The Adventures of Elmo in Grouchland, A Case of You, and many more.
