Ben Feigin Cause of death

Ben Feigin, who served as an executive producer on Schitt’s Creek and as an executive with Warner Bros. Television passed away at the age of 47.

Feigin died Monday, October 24, 2022, at his Los Angeles home after a battle with pancreatic cancer, according to UTA.

Heidi Feigin, his wife, works as a talent agent at UTA. Ellie, their 11-year-old daughter, is among the survivors.

Feigin was the CEO of Equation Unlimited, which he founded in 2016, and received Emmy, Golden Globe, and PGA awards in 2020 and ’21 for his work on the final season of Dan Levy’s Schitt’s Creek.

He was with the CBC show from its inception in 2015 to its conclusion in 2020. Feigin taught at UCLA, NYU, and UC Santa Barbara, and also collaborated with President Obama, the Grammy Museum, Scholastic Books, and nonprofits such as StandUp2Cancer and The Tony Hawk Foundation.

Services will be held at Mount Sinai in the Hollywood Hills on Thursday, October 27, 2022, at 12:30 p.m. Donations can be made in his honour to StandUp2Cancer.
