Benjamin Lee McAdoo is a former American football coach who previously worked as a consultant for the Dallas Cowboys in 2021, as the quarterback’s coach for the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2020, and most recently as the offensive coordinator for the Carolina Panthers. McAdoo was born in Homer City, Pennsylvania.

McAdoo graduated from Homer-Center Junior/Senior High School in 1995. McAdoo earned a degree in health and physical education from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP). McAdoo later earned a master’s degree in kinesiology from Michigan State University.
