Bobby Witt’s signing bonus for 2022 to 2023 is not available but according to Baseball Prospectus & Rotoworld, Bobby earned an average salary of $700,000 in 2022.

Witt Jr. Carroll’s eight-year deal bought out two years of free agency and worked out to an average annual value of about $14 million.
In 2019, Bobby Witt Jr signed for Kansas City Royals. The Royals did not confirm the financials of Witt’s deal.

But MLB Pipeline’s Jim Callis reports that he signed for the full slot value of $7,789,900, and it’s the second-highest Draft bonus since Gerrit Cole got $8 million from the Pirates in 2011.
