Cameron Rising Parents: Meet Nicko Rising And Eunice Rising

Cameron Rising is an American football quarterback for the Utah Utes.

Rising attended Newbury Park High School, where he played football.

He committed to the University of Texas at Austin to play college football after high school.

Rising redshirted at Texas in 2018 and was named to the Big 12 Commissioner’s Honor Roll in the spring of 2018.

In 2019, Rising transferred to the University of Utah. He redshirted the first year at Utah and played one game in 2020 before suffering an injury that kept him out for the season.

In the 2021 season, he saw action in 13 games, started 11 games and was a member of the Pac-12 All-Conference first team. He threw for over 2400 yards and had twenty-six total touchdowns.

Cameron Rising started 12 games recording 2,939 passing yards on 241-of-364 passing (7 INT, 25 TDs), adding 68 rushes for 409 yards (6 TDs) and one reception for nine yards in 2022.

Nicko Rising and Eunice Rising are the parents of Cameron Rising.

Cameron’s father, Nicko Rising was raised in Ventura. He was educated at Bueno High School, the California Lutheran University and the Southern California Institute of Law.

He played college football at California Lutheran University, a Division III school, according to the Ventura County Star.

While his mother Eunice Rising, who grew up in Oxnard, California, works for Amtrak.

Nicko Rising and Eunice Rising share three children; Jordie Rising, Tyson Rising and Cameron Rising.
