Benjamin Chilwell is an English footballer who plays the left-back position in the Premier League club Chelsea, as well as in the England national team.
Born on December 21, 1996, in England, Chilwell attended Redborne Upper School and Community College in Ampthill.

He started his career at age 12, at the Leicester City’s academy, and playing in Rushden & Diamonds’ centre of excellence.

In the 2014–15 season, Chilwell won the Academy Player of the Year award.
In 2015, he began playing for Huddersfield Town on loan, and in 2020, Chelsea Football Club signed him into a five-year contract.
While playing for the club, he made appearances during the EFL Cup, and scored the opening goal during a game against Crystal Palace.
In 2021, Chilwell “scored his first UEFA Champions League goal”, when they were matched against Porto during the quarter finals.
Internationally, Chilwell has represented England at the UEFA Euro 2020, and the following year, he scored his first international goal during “England’s 2022 FIFA World Cup qualification match against Andorra.”
