Catalina Pérez is not married and as such she does not have a husband as of 2023. Catalina Pérez is currently in a relationship with José Alejandro Silva, an industrial engineer.

The couple began dating in 2016 and have been together for seven years. Catalina Pérez plays as a goalkeeper for Frauen-Bundesliga club Werder Bremen and the Colombia women’s national team.

In her college career, Catalina Pérez played for the Miami Hurricanes at the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida from 2013 to 2016. She also played for the Mississippi State Bulldogs at Mississippi State University in 2017.
Catalina Pérez also played for the Team Boca Blast of the WPSL. Pérez joined Frauen-Bundesliga club Werder Bremen in July 2023.
At the age of 15, Catalina Pérez represented Colombia U20 in the 2010 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup but did not play any matches. On 20 May 2015, Pérez was selected in the Colombian U-23 squad for the 2015 FIFA Women’s World Cup.
