Dr. Prosper Narteh Ogum’s Asante Kotoko ended their series of unwinning streak in the Ghana Premier League as they clinched a 1-0 win against Samartex after Enoch Morrison scored from a penalty kick in the second half of the game.

During the post-match interview, Dr. Prosper Narteh Ogum stated: “Once you win, you become okay. The game is all about winning especially when coaching a team like Asante Kotoko; it doesn’t matter how beautifully you play, at the end of the day if you don’t play well and get the three points, that’s okay.”
The Ghana Premier League is gradually moving towards the busy end of the season and the race for the title is been keenly contested as well as the race for survival from relegation is also been keenly contested.
