Daniel Suárez is the son of Rosaline Garza and Alejandro Suárez. Daniel Suárez has two brothers and sisters. His two siblings’ names are Cindy Suárez and Alex Suárez. He is said to have a third female sibling, but her name is unknown.

Suárez started racing in karting in 2002. He won the class championship in 2007. In 2008, he moved to NASCAR Mexico’s preliminary category, Mini-Stocks, where he became the series’ youngest winner.

He drives the No. 99 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 for the Trackhouse Racing Team full-time in the NASCAR Cup Series.

Suárez previously raced in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, where he won the championship with Joe Gibbs Racing in 2016, becoming the first non-American to win a major NASCAR National Series championship.
