David Krejčí Children: Meet Everett Krejci, Elina Krejci

David Krejčí is a Czech professional ice hockey centre and alternate captain for the Boston Bruins of the National Hockey League (NHL).

Krejčí commenced his youth career with HC Ocelari Trinec U18 team in Liga junioru in the Czech Republic from 2001 to 2003. He then played for HC Ocelari Trinec U20 and HC Kladno U20 from 2002 to 2004.

Krejčí was drafted by the Boston Bruins in the third round (63rd overall) of the 2004 NHL Entry Draft.

After being picked by the Bruins, Krejci played two seasons for Gatineau Olympiques in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League (QMJHL). He then made his NHL debut with the Bruins in 2007.

Following a 15-year stint with Bruins, Krejci spent the 2021-22 season playing in the Czech Republic for the HC Olomouc. He returned to Boston Bruins in August 2022.
