Dele Momodu Discloses Court’s Stance On Davido & Sophia Custody Case

Dele Momodu, a renowned Nigerian journalist and uncle to Sophia Momodu, has shed light on the court’s decision regarding the custody battle between Afrobeat star Davido and his baby mama, Sophia Momodu.

In a recent post on his official social media handles, Momodu revealed that the court has opted to refer the case to alternative dispute resolution (ADR) for a potential settlement. This approach is seen as a means to resolve the dispute amicably outside the traditional court system.

Expressing his views on the ongoing custody saga, Dele Momodu advised both Davido and Sophia to establish a proper structure for the welfare of their daughter, Imade. He emphasized the importance of handling the matter privately and urged both parties to take the issue off social media.
