Dennis Waterman Wives

Dennis Waterman was married four times in his lifetime. In 1967, he married actress Penny Dixon, whom he divorced in 1976.

Waterman and his second wife Patricia Maynard had two daughters, one of whom is Hannah Waterman, a former EastEnders actress who later played his daughter in New Tricks. When he divorced Maynard in 1987 and married actress Rula Lenska,  the marriage ended after ten years.

After many years of friendship, Waterman married his fourth wife, Pam Flint, in 2011 and they remained together until his death.

Waterman was a well-known television actor in the 1970s and 1980s. After gaining fame as tough nut cop George Carter in The Sweeney, he played bodyguard Terry McCann in Minder.

Waterman’s acting career spanned 60 years, beginning with roles in film and theatre as a child and continuing through adult roles in film, television, and the West End.
