In American football, Devon Achane is presently a running back for the Texas A&M Aggies. He was born on October 13, 2001, and attended Thurgood Marshall High School in Missouri City, Texas. In his high school career, Achane rushed for 2,097 yards and 38 touchdowns.

In 2021, Achane came returned to the team to act as Spiller’s backup once more. He was recognized for his contribution to the squad and received the SEC Special Teams Player of the Week award after scoring a 96-yard kick return touchdown against then-No. 1 Alabama.
