Who Was Kevin Conroy?
Kevin Conroy is a famous stage, screen and voice actor, well known for his voice role as Batman in the Warner Bros. TV show Batman: The Animated Series, since the 90s.
Conroy remains the best Batman, for his distinctive voice, and for playing the role for over three decades, more than any other actor in history.
A graduate of Juilliard School, Conroy launched his career with the 1980 soap opera Another World.

He also appeared in Shakespearean stage plays, and sitcoms, and appeared as a guest on “Murphy Brown” and “Cheers.”
Conroy also played voice actor for several Animated Movies including Justice League, Batman: The Brave and the Bold, Batman Beyond, Batman: Mask of the Phantasm, and Batman: Arkham Asylum.
The openly gay actor died on November 10, 2022, after a long battle with cancer.
He was aged 66 and survived by his husband, Vaughan C. Williams.
