British chef, Andi Oliver has a restaurant she owns herself. The restaurant called Andi’s was launched in 2016. Also, in 2020, she launched her brand new food project titled Wadidli Kitchen which showcases Real Carribean Home Cooking.

Why Is Andi Oliver On Great British Menu?
Andi Oliver replaced the former host, Susan Calman of Great Britain Menu in 2020 after previously serving as a judge on the show’s panel. On the show, she usually carries a hand fan along with her, almost always.

When asked why she carries a hand fan almost all the time, she said;
“At any second I could go into major major hot flush,” she said.
“If I’m going to have a fan, it has to be fabulous and set off my whole outfit,” she added.
Aside from being on the show, she also makes appearances on BBC Radio 4’s The Kitchen Cabinet. She also hosts the World Music Awards for Radio 3.
