Drake, the Canadian superstar, has made history as the first artist ever to exceed 100 billion streams on the popular streaming platform Spotify.

According to a report by music data and chart tracking platform Chart Data, Drake has become the first artist in history to achieve 100 billion streams across all credits (both as a lead artist and a featured artist) on Spotify.

In the past decade, Drake has emerged as the most renowned and commercially successful rapper globally, amassing billions of streams for his music. Known for his ability to blend singing with creating pop hits and exploring diverse musical genres worldwide, Drake stands out as one of the most accomplished artists of the digital age.

On his journey to becoming the most streamed artist in Spotify history, Drake recently joined a select group by achieving 15 songs with over a billion streams, a record he now shares with fellow Canadian superstar Justin Bieber.
