Maggie isn’t going to die, but she isn’t in good shape. Maggie and OA were having a very fun and flirty breakfast together at the start of the April 19 episode when the agents were informed of a terrorist’s hiding place in an empty lab.

Unfortunately, Maggie and OA had to move quickly to search the lab, which means that safety precautions are thrown out the window during a bust that could use them.
Maggie comes across the terrorist as she and OA split up and deftly avoid boobytraps. Unfortunately, that’s not all she finds.

Maggie is unable to persuade him to abandon his plan as he emerges from his hiding place firing at her, despite her best efforts. Maggie kills him, but what follows is the stuff of nightmares. Maggie is unable to catch a canister of sarin gas that the terrorist has knocked over.
Even though they are in an abandoned laboratory, this sets off some ancient safety protocols, which close and seal the automatic door behind Maggie, trapping her in the gas.
Maggie survived and was taken to the hospital by her partner OA
