Frank Messina was an American poet, novelist, and performance artist who was born in 1968.

Messina is the author of “Full Count: The Book of Mets Poetry,” a 2009 book on baseball mania, which is one of his four published works.
Disorderly Conduct, published in 2002, is based on his three-day volunteer stint at Liberty State Park supporting rescue personnel at Ground Zero following the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks.
He was born in Englewood, New Jersey, United States, on February 16, 1968 (age 53). He attended St. Thomas Aquinas College, Northern Valley Regional High School at Old Tappan.

According to an obituary, Messina, the president and chief executive officer of F.X. Messina Enterprises died on Wednesday, October 20, 2021, as a result of an accident at his home. He was 91 years old.
