Gucci Mane is an American rapper and record executive. He helped pioneer the hip-hop subgenre of trap music alongside fellow Atlanta-based rappers, T.I and Young Jeezy, particularly in the 2000s and 2010s.

Gucci Mane has released 14 studio albums and over 71 mixtapes. In 2007, he founded his label, 1017 Records. He has worked with artists such as the Weekend, Drake, Lil Wayne, Chris Brown, Selena Gomez and many others.

Gucci Mane aside from his music career has also ventured into acting a few times. He made his acting debut in the 2012 film, Birds of a Feather, co-starring with Producer, Zaytoven.
