A Ghanaian socialite, model, musician, and businesswoman, Mona Faiz Montrage (born 26 June 1992) is also known by her stage names Mona 4Reall and Hajia4Reall.

A Lebanese father and a Ghanaian mother gave birth to and raised Hajia4Real and her siblings in Tamale, in the northern region of Ghana.

Before continuing her secondary education at Labone Senior High School, she completed her elementary education in Tamale.

After relocating to the US, Hajia4real attended the Art Institute of New York City, where she majored in fashion and design.

At the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards in 2022, she was nominated for Best New Artist of the Year and her music video for Fine Girl was nominated for Best Music Video of the Year.

In 2022, Hajia4real issued the dancehall single BLOWbyMona. In December 2021, she held her debut performance under her own name, which also included other well-known Ghanaian musicians.
