Off the field, Hasan Ali found love and happiness as he married Indian flight engineer Samiya Arzoo in Dubai in August 2019. Samiya Arzoo is an engineer with Emirates Airlines. Their union was blessed with a daughter named Helena Hassan Ali in April 2021.

In October 2017, Hasan Ali became the fastest bowler for Pakistan to take 50 wickets in ODIs in terms of the number of matches played. He also ascended to the top of the International Cricket Council’s ODI rankings for bowlers, an impressive feat for a relatively new entrant to international cricket.
