How are Mac McClung and Riff Raff related?

American professional basketball player Matthew “Mac” McClung, born January 6, 1999, plays for the Philadelphia 76ers of the National Basketball Association (NBA) and the Delaware Blue Coats of the NBA G League under a two-way deal. He participated in college basketball with the Texas Tech Red Raiders and the Georgetown Hoyas.

McClung went undrafted in the 2021 NBA draft and spent time with the Chicago Bulls and Los Angeles Lakers during the 2021-22 season. He was named NBA G League Rookie of the Year in 2021-22 while playing for the South Bay Lakers of the G League. McClung signed with the Blue Coats for the 2022-23 season before joining the 76ers in February 2023. At the 2023 NBA All-Star Game, he won the NBA Slam Dunk Contest.

McClung joined the Los Angeles Lakers for the 2021 NBA Summer League after going undrafted in the 2021 NBA draft, and later signed with the team on August 10, 2021. On October 13, however, he was released. On October 23, 2021, he signed with the South Bay Lakers of the NBA G League, the Los Angeles Lakers’ affiliate team. On November 5, 2021, Mac made his South Bay debut with a game-high 24 points, nine assists, and six rebounds in a 112-105 victory over the NBA G League Ignite.

McClung agreed to terms with the Chicago Bulls on a 10-day contract on December 22, 2021. On January 1, 2022, he signed a new 10-day contract with the team. McClung was assigned to the Chicago Bulls NBA G League affiliate, the Windy City Bulls, on January 4, 2022. The following night, McClung made his debut, scoring 19 points and dishing out nine assists in a 112-108 loss to the Motor City Cruise. McClung was recalled to the active roster on January 6, 2022.
