How big is Epsom College? Is Epsom College a good school?

Ninety percent of exams in 2019 received an A* or better, and 67% of exams in 2019 received an A* or better. The school did not provide Level results for 2020 since exams were postponed.

As of 2020, 59% of GCSEs were marked 9-8 (A*) and 83% were in the 9-7 range (A*-A). In GCSEs, 50% of all exams received marks of 9-8 (A*), and 74% received grades of 9-7 (A*-A).

In A Levels, a large proportion of students choose to study the sciences, math, and economics, whereas a smaller proportion chooses to study the arts.

Yes, it’s a respectable college. Epsom College not only produces marks that get higher and higher, but it also produces value add, or the difference between the grades a student is expected to receive when they enroll and the grades they achieve at A Level.

Epsom was ranked in the top 2% of schools (and the top 5% of independent schools) in England for the progress made in A Levels by the Department for Education (DfE) in 2019.
