Goedert attended Britton-Hecla High School in Britton, South Dakota. He played football, soccer, and basketball for the Braves athletic teams in high school.

In the Eagles’ 2020 season-opening loss to the Washington Football Team, Goedert had eight receptions for 101 receiving yards and one receiving touchdown. In Week 3, he suffered an ankle injury and was placed on injured reserve on September 29, 2020. He was activated on October 31, 2020.

Goedert took over as the Eagles TE1 following the trade of Zach Ertz in October. On November 19, 2021, Goedert signed a four-year extension with the Philadelphia Eagles. He was placed on the COVID list on January 3, 2022. He was activated one week later on January 10, missing just one game where the Eagles did not play their starters.

How fast is Dallas Goedert?

Goedert posted a 4.69-second 40-yard dash, and he landed in the 85th percentile with his SPARQ score as well. It’s easy to fall in love with that. Fast forward to the present day. Goedert is 27 years old and entering his fifth NFL season.

He’s in a great position to truly break out this year, and he hasn’t even reached his prime. His receiving yards totals have improved each year from 2018 to 2021, and that led to 830 yards of production during the 2021-2022 NFL season.
