How long were Gabby and Brian together?

Gabby Petito, an American woman, was killed by her fiancé, Brian Laundrie, in August 2021 while they were on a van life journey across the United States.

Gabby Petito and Brian Laundrie were together for over two years. Petito began dating Laundrie in March 2019 and moved in with him and his parents in North Port, Florida.

Gabby Petito and Laundrie both worked at the North Port Publix, she worked as a pharmacy technician and he worked in the grocery department. Petito and Laundrie both quit their jobs when the COVID-19 pandemic broke out.

In late 2019 and early 2020, the couple drove from New York State to California, stopping in Las Vegas, Yosemite National Park, Pismo Beach, and other places of interest along the way.

Petito’s remains were discovered in Wyoming’s Bridger-Teton National Forest on September 19. The FBI later revealed that Laundrie confessed to killing Petito in his notebook, which was discovered near his body.

Because of the couple’s social media activity, police body camera video footage, 9-1-1 emergency dispatch call recordings, and eyewitness accounts, the Petito case received national attention.
