Shephard is an English television presenter and journalist who is currently working for ITV.
Born in Epping, United Kingdom, he was educated at Chigwell School and has his collegiate at the University of Birmingham, where he earned a BA honors degree in Dance, Drama, and Theatre Arts.
In the earlier 2000s, Shephard was a regular presenter of BBC Choice’s EastEnders Revealed program.
Shephard was a presenter on Magic Radio station in 2006. He presented a Saturday breakfast program.
