Ingrid Syrstad Engen is a Norwegian professional soccer player. Engen is openly lesbian, and is currently in a relationship with Barcelona teammate Mapi Leó.

The couple has been in a relationship since 2022. Mapi León and Ingrid met while playing together at Wolfsburg.
Mapi León joined Barcelona from Atlético Madrid in 2017 for a fee of 50,000 euros. She has four Copas de la Reina, three league titles, and two Supercopa Femeninas with Barcelona.

On the European scene, she has been in three Champions League finals with the club in 2019, 2021, and 2022, winning the latter as part of the club’s first continental treble.
Mapi León represents Spain at the international level, making her debut in qualifying for the 2017 UEFA Women’s Euro in 2016.
Since then, she has appeared for La Roja in three major international competitions: UEFA Women’s Euro 2017, the 2019 FIFA Women’s World Cup, and UEFA Women’s Euro 2022.
