Irish Grinstead age: How old is Irish Grinstead? – Irish Grinstead, a member of the R&B girl group 702 and singer on their hit single “Where My Girls At?,” has died at the age of 43.

Grinstead’s sister and fellow 702 singer Lemisha Grinstead announced the news in an Instagram post alongside a photo of Irish on Saturday, September 16, 2023.

Grinstead and her sisters Lemisha and Orish (who tragically passed away in 2008) founded the R & B group 702, which was a popular girl group in the late 1990s and early 2000s.

702 achieved commercial success with hits like “Where My Girls At?” and “Get It Together.” These songs and others helped establish them as a prominent girl group in the R&B and hip-hop music scene during that era.

Irish Grinstead and her sisters were known for their harmonious vocals and contributed to the group’s success.

Irish, however, left 702 in 2003 to pursue a solo career. She released her debut solo album, The Life, in 2003. The album was not as commercially successful as 702’s albums, but it received positive reviews from critics.
