Yes, British professional boxer Savannah Marshall is a world champion.

Marshall had her first world title fight on October 31, 2020, following eight (8) professional fights, against Hannah Rankin for the middleweight WBO vacant title. She defeated Rankin via 7th round TKO to become the middleweight champion of the world.
Marshall went on to defend the WBO middleweight title against Maria Lindberg, winning the fight via 3rd round KO on April 10, 2021. Again, she defended the WBO middleweight title against Lolita Muzeya, winning the fight via 2nd round TKO on October 16, 2021.
Born in Hartlepool, Cleveland, Marshall became interested in boxing and started training at the age of 12.
As an amateur, Marshall won the World Championship middleweight title in May 2012 and emerged as Britain’s first women’s amateur boxing World Champion.

At the 2014 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, she also won the gold medal in the women’s middleweight division. In May 2016, she won bronze in the World Championships in Astana, Kazakhstan.
Marshall made her professional boxing debut in August 2017 and has since fought 13 times with 12 wins and a single loss. She held the WBO female middleweight title between 2020 and 2022.
Savannah Marshall is set to face Franchón Crews-Dezurn for her undisputed super-middleweight world titles at the Manchester Arena on July 1, 2023.
