Jana Pittman First Husband: Meet Chris Rawlinson

Christopher “Chris” Lee Rawlinson is a former track and field athlete who competed in the 400-meter hurdles. He also had an appearance in the Gladiators TV series from 1995.

With a timing of 48.14 seconds, recorded in 1999 in Zurich, Switzerland, he was third on the all-time list for the 400 m hurdles in the United Kingdom as of July 2004. The IAAF placed Rawlinson fifth in the world before to the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, Greece.

At age 33, Rawlinson ended his career in competitive athletics at the end of 2005. Pittman wed English athlete Chris Rawlinson on March 31, 2006, at Morningstar Estate on Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula. From 2004 until 2009, Jana was coached by Rawlinson, a 400 m hurdler who is also an expert. She gave birth to son Cornelis Levi, the couple’s first child, on December 14th, 2006.

After three years of marriage, Pittman and Rawlinson announced their separation in April 2009.
Pittman and Rawlinson’s reconciliation and impending vow renewal were publicized in January 2010.

Pittman and Rawlinson repeated their vows on March 31, 2010, in England, when Pittman wore an outlandish crimson wedding gown. On April 16, 2011, it was revealed that Pittman and Rawlinson had divorced after a second breakup. They have two boys and are currently married to sports administrator Catherine Clark.

His ex, Jana Pittman is a retired Australian athlete who specialized in the 400-meter hurdles and 400-meter sprint events. She was born on November 9, 1982, in Sydney, Australia.

She is a two-time world champion in the 400 m hurdles, from 2003 and 2007. She also won the gold medal in this event at the 2002 and 2006 Commonwealth Games and was part of Australia’s winning 4 × 400 meters relay teams at both events.

Pittman was known for her incredible work ethic and determination. She was also one of the few athletes to successfully combine athletics with a career in medicine, studying at the University of Western Sydney while continuing to compete at the highest level.

Jana Pittman is widely regarded as one of Australia’s greatest-ever female athletes, and her achievements in athletics have inspired many young athletes in Australia and around the world.
