Jason Michael is a tight ends coach with the Philadelphia Eagles of the National Football League. He was born on October 15, 1978. (NFL). For the Indianapolis Colts, Arizona Cardinals, Tennessee Titans, San Diego Chargers, San Francisco 49ers, New York Jets, and Oakland Raiders in the past, he was an assistant coach.

Michael transferred from Army and played quarterback for Jack Harbaugh at Western Kentucky. He was the quarterback for the 2002 Division I-AA National Championship team. Michael was named the school’s Male Athlete of the Year in 2003. He earned a degree in civil engineering technology with a perfect 4.0 G.P.A. and was named an I-AA Athletic Directors Academic All-Star as well as a second-team Verizon Academic All-District IV honoree.

As a graduate assistant with the Tennessee Volunteers football team at the University of Tennessee in 2003, Michael started his coaching career by helping with the secondary and special teams for two seasons.

Michael joined the Oakland Raiders in 2005 as a video assistant and offensive quality control coach.

Michael was then employed by the New York Jets in 2006 as an offensive quality control coach. He was given the position of tight ends coach in 2007.
