Jhonattan Vegas is a Venezuelan professional golfer who competes on the PGA Tour. He was born on August 19, 1984. After winning the 2011 competition in Banff, Alberta, Vegas finished second to Paul Casey in the annual Telus World Skins Game in Halifax, Nova Scotia, in July 2012.

At the Preferred Health Services Wichita Open in 2010, Vegas claimed victory in his maiden Nationwide Tour contest. He received his 2011 PGA Tour card, becoming the first Venezuelan to do so, and finished the season in seventh place on the money list.

Three events missed cuts in Vegas to start 2013. Due to shoulder surgery, he missed the final several months of the 2013 campaign.

Through the Web.com Tour Finals, Vegas attempted to reclaim his PGA Tour status; however, he was unsuccessful and began the 2013–14 season on a Medical Extension. He finished in the top three at the John Deere Classic to fulfill his medical extension.
