Perry Inhofe was the first child of James Inhofe and Kay Inhofe. He was born on November 11, 1961.
Perry graduated from Thomas Edison High School in 1980. He attended Duke University, where he received Bachelor of Science degrees in Biomedical Engineering and Electrical Engineering. He later graduated from Washington University Medical School in St. Louis.
He was an orthopedic surgeon in Tulsa. Perry worked at Central States Orthopedics and specialized in hand surgery.
On November 10, 2013, Dr. Perry Inhofe, died in a plane crash in Owasso, Oklahoma, flying alone for the first time after training in a newly acquired plane. He was 51 years old.
Perry left behind his wife, Dr. Nancy Rader, and children, Cole and Glade.

Molly Rapert is the oldest daughter of James Inhofe and Kay Inhofe. She was born October 6, 1963, in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Molly married Jimmy Rapert in 1994. They have four children, Jase, Luke, Jonah, and Zegita Marie. They adopted their daughter from Ethiopia.
Her husband, Jimmy, has two restaurants and is involved in real estate development in northwest Arkansas.
Rapert graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Business Administration and an M.B.A. She then went to the University of Memphis and earned a Ph.D. in Marketing.
She has been a professor at the University of Arkansas since 1991. She teaches in the business school, with a focus on marketing.
In 2010, she was named by the Marketing Management Association as the top marketing professor in the nation.
She lives in Fayetteville, Arkansas with her family.
