Joseph John Maddon is an American former professional baseball manager and coach. He has managed the Tampa Bay Rays, Chicago Cubs, and Los Angeles Angels of Major League Baseball.

Maddon has been married to Jaye Sousoures since 2008. According to the celebrity Mirror, Maddon first met Sousoures when he managed the Los Angeles Angels in the mid-1990s. The pair were both married to their former partners at the time.

Maddon has two children from a previous marriage and has five grandchildren through it. Maddon married his second wife in 2008. Maddon is a married man. He has two children: a daughter Sarah, and a son Joseph Maddon III from his first marriage with Betty Maddon.
Maddon said money and opportunity were the reasons for the decision, one he described as “gut-wrenching, almost made you sick.” Silverman said the Rays were both surprised and “disappointed” by Maddon’s decision and felt it was based on more than the financial terms of their offer.
