Joey Logano was born in Middletown, Connecticut, to his mother, Deborah Logano and his father, Thomas Logano.

His father, Tom, is Italian and was an ice hockey player when he was much younger.
Tom is known to be very over-protective of Joey, and has been slammed by the media on several occasions for trying to get into the way of things during a race, rather than allow Joey sort things out by himself.

Joey Logano is an American stock car racing driver, born on May 24, 1990, in Middletown, Connecticut.
Logano began his racing career in 1996, and the following year, he won his first Eastern Grand National Championship in the junior Stock Car category.
He now competes in the NASCAR Cup Series, driving the No. 22 Ford Mustang for Team Penske, and the No. 54 Ford F-150 for David Gilliland Racing.

Joey Logano Career
Logano’s first major NASCAR win was in 2008, during the Meijer 300 Nationwide Series.
He earned the title of the youngest winner in Cup Series history following his win at the 2009 Lenox Industrial Tools 301, at age 19.
Logano is the youngest car racer to win in two of NASCAR’s three top divisions, and the youngest ever driver to win in both the Cup and Xfinity Series.
In 2022, Logano won the 2022 Busch Light Clash at The Coliseum, making his first win of the season at Darlington, and his second win of the season at the inaugural Gateway race.
