Joshua Lucas Easy Dent Maurer is an American actor. Lucas began his career when he was 19, having moved to Hollywood after his high school graduation.

In 2013, Lucas was cast as the lead role in the independent comedy-drama, The Mend. The directorial debut of John Magary premiered at South By Southwest in March 2014 with Lucas receiving a series of positive reviews for his portrayal of Mat, one of two dysfunctional brothers who collide in a small Harlem apartment.

From September 2014 to March 2016, Lucas appeared as the main character in the NBC crime drama The Mysteries of Laura. In 2018, Lucas was cast in a recurring role in Yellowstone, as a younger version of John Dutton, portrayed by Kevin Costner.

Lucas’s career also includes voice-over work (or voice acting) with Breathe Bible. Lucas is an owner and promoter of the company Filthy Food with friends Marc and Daniel Singer.

Josh Lucas has found new love with Rachel Mortenson.

The “Sweet Home Alabama” actor and the model are dating, Page Six has learned. The couple met during the pandemic and have become inseparable, we’re told.

The “Ford v Ferrari” actor hasn’t concealed his romance on social media, where he’s given fans glimpses into his life with Mortenson and her daughter, Ruby.

One video on Lucas’ Instagram page, filmed by Mortenson, shows Lucas prepping a meal with his sous chef Ruby. Lucas, 49, also shared a throwback photo of himself at the Oscars “a few years back” on which 36-year-old Mortenson commented, “Hurryyyyyy home .”

Reps for Lucas and Mortenson didn’t return Page Six’s requests for comment.

The “Glory Road” star was previously married to Jessica Ciencin Henriquez, with whom he shares one child, 8-year-old son Noah. Lucas and Henriquez got married in March 2012 and had been on and off since she filed for divorce in January 2014.

The two were apparently on again at the start of the pandemic but split for good after Lucas allegedly cheated on Henriquez.

“Having a child with someone makes you want to forgive them more than you normally would, it makes you believe they are better than they are,” she tweeted.

“But it takes a really s–t human to cheat on their partner (correction: now ex-partner) in the middle of a pandemic.”

Page Six exclusively revealed in early September that Henriquez went on a date with now-embattled Armie Hammer, though she told us it was simply two people “having lunch.”
