Kane Williamson holds several records for New Zealand, such as the most Test centuries and being the fastest New Zealand batsman to reach 3,000, 4,000, 5,000, and 6,000 runs in Test cricket.

During his debut in 2020, he scored a century (131 runs) in the second innings of the match, becoming the eighth New Zealand player to score a century on debut.

Williamson has since then amassed a remarkable batting record, scoring over 7,000 runs in Test cricket at an average of around 54, including 24 centuries and 33 fifties.
Williamson has received numerous awards and recognition throughout his career. He has been named as the ICC Test Player of the Year, Wisden Cricketer of the Year, and New Zealand Cricket’s Sir Richard Hadlee Medal recipient multiple times.
For his sportsmanship, he received the ICC Spirit of Cricket award in 2018.
