Kieran James Crowley is a former professional rugby union player and coach from New Zealand. As a player, Crowley played as a fullback for Taranaki in the National Provincial Championship and for the New Zealand national rugby union team, also known as the All Blacks, from 1983 to 1991.

During his international career, he played in 19 test matches for the All Blacks and was part of the team that won the inaugural Rugby World Cup in 1987.
After retiring from playing, Crowley transitioned into coaching. He has coached a number of teams at both domestic and international levels, including the New Zealand Under-19 team, the Taranaki provincial team, and the Canadian national rugby team.
Crowley’s most successful coaching stint was with the Canadian team, which he coached from 2008 to 2016. Under his leadership, Canada won the Pacific Nations Cup in 2013 and finished fourth in the 2015 Rugby World Cup, their best-ever performance in the tournament.
