Bryant died from blunt trauma with severe brain damage and 30% burns, according to an autopsy.

According to the autopsy, the pilot who flew Bryant and others to a basketball tournament did not have any alcohol or drugs in his system.

When their helicopter crashed into a hillside outside Los Angeles, USA, in January, all nine people were severely injured.

Bryant’s fingerprints had to be matched after his body was discovered outside the wreckage of the helicopter. The NBA star and his daughter Gianna were both killed.

According to the report, the basketball player and his travelling companions died in an instant due to blunt trauma. “These injuries are rapid if not instantly fatal,” said Juan Carrillo, Senior Deputy Medical Examiner.

According to the autopsy, Bryant had three of his four daughters’ names tattooed on his right arm and shoulder, above the place where his wife Vanessa’s name was inked.

The National Transportation Safety Board stated that the helicopter showed no signs of mechanical failure but has not yet determined what caused the crash.

I think it’s terrible that other people were on that helicopter, but all you read about is Bryant. Bryant shouldn’t have
demanded that they fly in inclement weather that day, the crash is his fault!
