Max Whitlock was born to his parents, Brian Whitlock and Madeleine Whitlock.

Max’s parents have been supportive of his career from childhood. His mother refers to him as “my hero”.
They had enrolled Max at the Sapphire School of Gymnastics in Hemel Hempstead from age 7.
Not much information is available about Max’s parents but they are usually spotted with him at every gymnastics event.
Who Is Max Whitlock?
Max is one of the most successful gymnasts in Britain, as well as an Olympic champion, who has won the Olympic medal six times.
As the most successful gymnast ever on pommel horse, Max has won three golds and two silvers.

In his entire career, he has won a total of fourteen medals and six Olympic titles, with world championships inclusive.
Max represented Britain at the 2016 Olympics gymnastics, as well as the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, Japan.
He took home the Olympic gold medal on the pommel horse with a score of 15.583.
Max Whitlock Early Life
Max was born in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, on 13 January 1993.
He began the sport of gymnastics at an early age of seven.
By the time he was 12, he had joined South Essex Gymnastics Club in Basildon.
Max also attended Longdean School in Hemel Hempstead.
Max Whitlock Awards
Max is a recipient of several awards including the 2015 World Championship Prize for Elegance, the 2019 Most Outstanding Athlete of the Year.
Max is a Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE), as well as an Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE). He was conferred with the honours for his services to gymnastics.
