Joan Collins is an English actress from Paddington, London. She is known for playing the role of vengeful schemer Alexis Carrington Colby in the soap opera “Dynasty.”

In 1997, Collins was appointed an Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE) for services to drama. In 2015, Collins was promoted to the rank of Dame Commander of the Order of the British Empire (DBE) for services to charity.

Joan married Irish actor Maxwell Reed in 1952 when she was just 18 to Reed’s 33 years old.

Anthony Newley

Joan married British singer-songwriter Anthony Newley for eight years from 1963 to 1971 as her second husband.

Ron Kass

A year after her divorce from Newley, Joan married American businessman and recording magnate Ron Kass as her third husband.  Kass was best known as the head of the Apple Corporation, The Beatles’ recording producer, and a good friend of John, Ringo, and Paul.

Peter Holm

In 1985, Joan married Swedish pop singer Peter Holm, who was acting as her manager and co-producer at the time.

Percy Gibson
