Michael Block Wife: Meet Val Block

Val Block is the wife of Michael Block a PGA pro who primarily works as a coach and instructor at Arroyo Trabuco Golf Club.

Michael met Val at a birthday party in Laguna Beach, California, when he was in his mid-20s. Michael was caught off guard by Val, from Argentina. The accent hooked him. They went dancing that night.

It’s unclear when the couple married, but according to reports, the couple has been married for more than two decades. They have two children together.

Over the course of his career, Michael Block has competed in 24 PGA Tour events.  He has only made the cut in four of those events, and his even-par performance over the first two days of the 2023 PGA Championship allowed him to make a major tournament cut for the first time

He was named the 2022 PGA Professional Player of the Year, which he described as a huge honour after winning it. When he isn’t competing on the PGA Tour, Block is the head PGA professional at Arroyo Trabuco Golf Club in Mission Viejo, California. According to Joe Pompliano, he charges $125 for a 45-minute golf lesson.
