Michael Eugene Misick is a Turks and Caicos Islander politician who was the 7th Chief Minister of the Turks and Caicos Islands from 15 August 2003 to 9 August 2006 and was the 1st Premier of the Turks and Caicos Islands from 9 August 2006 to 23 March 2009.

FORMER premier Michael Misick has once again tied the knot, this time to long-time girlfriend and fiancée Tatjana van de Merwe of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.

The ceremony was held on Sunday, August 19, on Misick’s native island of North Caicos.
The simple ceremony, set against a backdrop of the beautiful turquoise waters and the lush vegetation of the island, saw family and friends coming together to wish the happy couple Godspeed as they began their life together as man and wife.
This is Misick’s third marriage, the first being to Yvette Marcelin, attorney at TWA Mercelin Wolf.
His second was to US actress LisaRaye McCoy in a lavish ‘fairytale’ styled ceremony that at the time made the news and magazine cover around the world.
The former couple had wed after a whirlwind romance that McCoy detailed during her testimony in the Special Investigation and Prosecution Team’s (SIPT) trial in October last year.
